Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Straight answers on remote planning, destinations, corporate events, weddings, legalities, timing and payment. Can’t find yours? Just ask.
Remote planning
Yes — it is our core model. We plan over video calls and shared documents, send venue options, floor plans and a single itemised budget, and deliver on the ground with our own team. Many clients visit once, or not at all, before the event.
One named planner owns your project and works to your timezone. You receive written summaries at every stage — concept, budget, run sheet — that you can forward to stakeholders and approve asynchronously.
Destinations
Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Samui, Krabi and Chiang Mai — covered in depth, with vetted venues and suppliers in each. We can also combine destinations into a single multi-city programme.
Absolutely. Tell us your event type, guest numbers and the feeling you’re after, and we’ll recommend the best fit — our draft planner gives an instant suggestion, and a planner refines it with you.
Corporate & MICE
Conferences and summits, incentive trips, product launches, gala dinners, awards and corporate offsites — for international companies, at any scale from a 20-person retreat to a conference of well over a thousand.
Itemised and transparent — venue, F&B, AV and production, transport, staffing and our management fee shown separately, with no hidden margins. You approve the budget before anything is committed.
Weddings
Everything end to end: venue, ceremony and styling, catering and bar, photography and film, entertainment, guest transfers and accommodation, and an on-the-day team — coordinated by one planner on a single budget.
For peak season (November to February) and larger guest lists, 10–14 months is ideal. Smaller celebrations can come together faster. Ask us early and we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic for your dates.
Legalities & marriage
A symbolic ceremony — the celebration most couples have — is not itself a legal marriage. The legal marriage is registered at a Thai district office with embassy-legalised documents, or completed in your home country. We guide you through whichever route you choose.
Typically passports and an affirmation of freedom to marry issued by your embassy in Thailand, translated and legalised. Requirements vary by nationality — we provide a current checklist for your situation.
Timing & weather
Broadly November to April is the dry, bright season on the Andaman coast (Phuket, Krabi); Koh Samui’s gulf pattern is driest January to April; Chiang Mai is best November to February. Bangkok’s indoor venues work year-round. Our draft planner even shows the conditions expected on your chosen dates.
Payment & contracts
Everything is in writing. A signed agreement and staged payments protect both sides, with a final reconciliation and supplier settlement after the event. We can invoice in major currencies and accept international transfers.
